The lagoon is a small pond situated off the Hove seafront and is property of Hove Lagoon watersports. It lies within the green, and backs onto the promenade of Hove seafront.
Features
It is a perfect place to learn to windsurf. The lagoon is only a metre or so deep, and is small enough for even the most timid to get to grips with windsurfing, before they want to hop over the wall into the sea. The Club house itself is great and offers a good community spirit. There is also gym style membership for people wanting to use kit on a regular basis.
Considerations
None really, maybe the concrete sides to the lagoon if you want to be a little perdantic.
Directions to Hove Lagoon
As for Hove, M3, A27 and then to Hove seafront. It might be best to approach from Shoreham side since the traffic pile up can be insane. There is some parking just off the main seafront road. It lies to the Westish side of Hove.
